Guiding your booking experience

  • When booking the Water Journey + another service, always book the water journey FIRST followed by the second treatment. ~ This will give you more options for appointment times to choose from.
  • All contact information must be collected for each guest visiting the spa. We cannot permit individuals in the spa without completing this request 72 hours prior to arrival. ~ This ensures the proper Client Intake form and important information is delivered to each guest prior to their scheduled visit.
  • All INTAKE forms are sepcific to your profile and MUST be completed prior to your visit. ~ You will receive forms required for your appointment via email and they will be directly uploaded to your personal client profile.
  • Please read the necessary BOOKING CONFIRMATION email that will be sent to you immediately after you book your appointment. ~ All additional REQUIRED information and instructions will be included in this email and will offer a seamless check in process.
  • All appointments require a credit card to secure your reservation.
  • Please keep your gift certificate or gift card. This must be presented at the time of redemption.
  • Don’t forget your bathing suit!
